Founder & Creative Director

Jagjit Singh Bhangoo is the Founder and Creative Director of Engrama, a Melbourne-based video production company built around cinematic storytelling, emotion and visual impact. 

Originally from Punjab, India, and now based in Melbourne, Jagjit’s creative journey has been shaped by music videos, performance-led storytelling and a deep interest in how visuals create memory. With a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia and Animation and a Master of Media from RMIT University, he brings both creative instinct and formal media training to every project. 

Before founding Engrama, Jagjit worked across creative industries for over a decade, developing a strong understanding of story, rhythm, production and audience emotion. His role at Engrama is not just to produce videos, but to guide the creative direction behind them; shaping the idea, tone, message and feeling so every project has purpose. 

The name Engrama comes from the idea of a memory imprint – something that stays in the mind. That belief sits at the centre of the company: beautiful visuals may capture attention, but story, emotion and intention are what make people remember. 

At Engrama, storytelling is not treated as decoration. It is the foundation of every film, every frame and every moment we create.
